How to Place an Order

For security purposes, we do not accept orders over the phone. To place an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Select the quantity and click "Add to Cart."
  3. You’ll be prompted to create an account or log into your existing account.
  4. During checkout, review or enter your shipping address and payment details.
  5. Complete the order by confirming the details and proceeding to checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order:

  1. Click the "View Order Status" link in the email to go directly to the tracking page.
  2. Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees), and you will need to place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request to cancel their order within 60 minutes of placing their order. After this period, we will begin processing orders immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

Address Change

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at support@Ortho-Comfort.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
